“Shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight,[a] not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not for shameful gain, but eagerly; 3 not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock.”
Reflect and Respond: Your example matters to people around you. Ask God to help you lead, or "coach" today.
Prayer: Father, help me lead like Jesus, with courage, strength, love and service. Help me encourage others and point to You in all I do. Let me be humble yet assured because of Your faithfulness. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Father God in heaven, please continue to equip and empower me as I lead/coach my children and grandchildren and my small group mates of elderly women in making disciples who will make disciples. Make me missional and greatly intentional always, just like Jesus, Your Son🙏
