What Is Forgiveness to You? - Spiritual Growth Encouragement Series

Bible Verse: Ephesians 4:32

“Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.”

Reflect and Respond:

As Stefanie mentioned, forgiveness starts with one step. What step will you take today? Are you prepared to forgive more than once? How can we pray for you?

Father, I choose to forgive today just as Christ has also forgiven me. I know it may not be easy, but I also know that You are here to strengthen me and provide the grace needed. Therefore, I call on you today to help me forgive. I make this plea in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Great reminder that forgiveness will not change the other person like we expect but rather it changes us! Thank you.

Thank You Lord for Your lesson on forgiveness. Help me to remember that I must be tender-hearted and loving and kind to the other person, even if the other person does not behave the same way to me.
