Prayer: Father, I choose to forgive today just as Christ has also forgiven me. I know it may not be easy, but I also know that You are here to strengthen me and provide the grace needed. Therefore, I call on you today to help me forgive. I make this plea in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You Lord for the demonstration of forgiveness you shown upon the cross.
I have problem forgiving them right away, but eventually through prayer and just letting go of it I'm able to do so.
My ex wife tormented me for many many years . When , I was finally able to tell her that I forgave her for everything, it was so liberating , that I could put it behind me and forget it . I still remember I just choose not to be reminded of that terrible time in my life . God sure is good to me
