Bible Verses: 1 Timothy 6:6-8

“Yet true godliness with contentment is itself great wealth. After all, we brought nothing with us when we came into the world, and we can’t take anything with us when we leave it. So if we have enough food and clothing, let us be content."

Reflect and Respond:

On a scale of 1 through 10 with 10 being the best and 1 being the worst, how is your contentment level today? What might you do to improve it?

Dear Father, You are the giver of all things I need from the physical realm to the mental, emotional and spiritual realm, You are my provider. And You provide for me as a father provides for His child. Therefore, let me see all You've given as ultimate gifts and help me know true contentment. Amen.

Thank you for this. I always say "it could have been worse but I am alive today under God's umbrella" Amen.
My content level I would say is 5. The reason being that I need more and can never have enough of knowing Jesus, until I see his glorious face.
Being content is good that we should be content/
Amen thank u jesus for all
Thank you lord for all the blessings.Give me a grateful heart to thank you in all circumstances in JN amen
YES, i'm taking that deep breath right now and counting my blessing
This is such a beneficial attitude to take, especially in the world in which so many people derive their contentment, or discontentment, from others, even from those who have been dead for 150 years. I used to feel discontent when I saw people the same age as me who travelled a lot while I stayed at home. When I thought about it, I realized I have everything I need and so much more, and this helped me to be more content. I thank God for taking care of me and helping me to be content.
Thank you
Yes I found it helpful and encouraging thank you

I am so blessed by today's encouragement reminding me to be content with what I have. Father, thank You for every "season" of my life, and all that You've blessed me with to live contendidly. Help me not to murmur or complain but to always give thanks in every situation.
Thank you Father for all good things you have blessed me with.
praize you my Lord, for providing my needs and discerning them from a e want. Thank you Lord.🙏
Father, please help me to be still and feel your presence. In this life, we are constantly hustling for the next thing. I pray to you Lord to open my eyes and appreciate what I do have and not what I don’t. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen
