Bible Verse: 1 Timothy 6:6-8
“Yet true godliness with contentment is itself great wealth. After all, we brought nothing with us when we came into the world, and we can’t take anything with us when we leave it. So if we have enough food and clothing, let us be content.”
Reflect and Respond: Is there anything you’re discontent with in your life? Where do you find contentment?
Prayer: Dear Lord, I know that You are my source of contentment. May I find that contentment more each day as I search the Scriptures and come to know You. Please guard me, grow me, and teach me in Your ways. This I ask in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Lord Jesus, thank You so much that no longer do I compare myself with my neighbour. As I continue to look to You for guidance, Lord, help me to never go back to those times when I lived discontented and dissatisfied.
None of the above also. I would like to Marry again, and I don't know if that will ever happen but I'm not upset with it. I've learned, or seem to be learning, that contentment is helping others with an eternal value. Please pray for me.
None of the above, what does for me is in this world. Those who believe they are better than others. There are no different classes of humanity we are one through Jesus Christ. Jesus said Jews and Gentiles shall become one.
In this world today in The USA to many people cling to material things instead of Jesus. People see others in need walk passed them thinking they are less than. Yet Jesus said we are to Love and serve one another. We are not to hold onto money, material things but to give freely to others.
A simple word of kindness could change the life of another, yet today we see to must racism, disrespecting of other human beings. That tells me people are lacking, unhappy within themselves. Why, simply because they do not accept Jesus or do but live by the World not The Word of Jesus Christ. This must change because The day is coming for all of us. When Jesus calls us Home, then says my child let me show you, how you lived.
Then let me show you the life you could have had if you only lived by my Word, Commandments. That should truly put the fear of God within all us. Father Thank You that I am Yours You are mine in Jesus name Amen
