Seeing The Whole Picture - Spiritual Growth Encouragement Series

Bible Verse: Ecclesiastes 11:9-10

“Young people, it’s wonderful to be young! Enjoy every minute of it. Do everything you want to do; take it all in. But remember that you must give an account to God for everything you do. So refuse to worry, and keep your body healthy. But remember that youth, with a whole life before you, is meaningless.”

Reflect and Respond:

We have all taken verses out of context. In fact, with the presure of our modern day, it is hard not to twist certain verses until they fit right into our situations. However, with the Holy Spirit as our guide, we know that God will help us in all situations. If we keep our account straight with Him, He will delight in us. How can you start seeing the bigger picture today?

Father, please help me take all of Your Word in so that I can shine your light for the people who need it the most. Help me understand Your dream for me and how I can best work for the benefit of Your kingdom.

The wise Preacher taught the People knowledge weighing and studying and arranging many proverbs with great care. I should do what the writer is telling us today, be obedient to his word.

The books of the Bible - ask an old person? Kids learn the books of the Bible in order that are elementary school age. You act like its not cool for a young person to know the books of the Bible in order. I guess you were just trying to be funny. OK no problem. Enjoy your talks. Good message. God bless.

I wish the young people in my family knew as much Scripture as you do...even if you did miss a few pages between Genesis and Job...
Just kidding!😀 I'm one of those old people, I couldn't help it....
