Past and Future - Spiritual Growth Encouragement Series

Bible Verses: Luke 6:37-38

“Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn others, or it will all come back against you. Forgive others, and you will be forgiven. Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.”

Reflect and Respond:

How have you benefited from forgiveness? Is there someone you need to forgive today? Ask God to help you.

Father, just as I have been forgiven, I also need to forgive others. But I need Your help. Please help me forgive ________. I give this to You and ask for Your peace, knowing that I am covered in Your grace. Amen.

I am in no position to be a judge of another person for I am a sinner in so many ways. Teach me Lord to forgive that I may be forgiven.

Do Not Judge
37 “Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. 38 Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.” KJV

I have sinned much in the passed and confessed all to Jesus for Forgiveness and that other's would Forgive me as well. We do not live in the past or future but in the precent in the moment. Our passed should never haunt us if we have surrendered it all to Jesus. Again live not in the passed but live today leaving the passed behind. There is a reason it is called the past. Holding on to the passed will cause great harm because that's what the devil wants. Live today remember we have been redeemed.

All things are possible in Jesus Christ. Let go and let God Be always. In Jesus name Amen
