Bible Verse: John 15:4-5
“Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me. Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing."
Reflect and Respond: The bible lists the following as fruit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control (Galatians 5:22-23) How can you cultivate these fruits so that God can grow them in your life?
Prayer: Father, it is my desire to remain in You, to know You better, and to produce much fruit for Your kingdom. I give myself to You for that purpose and I pray that you would guide and grow me to the glory of Your Name. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father. Please help me know that I know that I know that I’m grafted into the vine. I confess all my sin, and I know that I cannot save myself. I need a Savior! I believe on the Lord Jesus that he came from Heaven and died on the cross for me, even though I don’t deserve it. Please, Jesus, be in my heart and stay in my heart. Please help me have the blessed assurance that my name is written in the Lamb’s book of Life. Thank you so much for saving me! In your precious name I pray, amen

Lord Jesus, You are my sustaining supply of nourishment. It is in You that I am fed and strengthened. Keep me as a young branch in You and help me to produce fruit that is acceptable to You, for without You I will wither and dry up.
