Prayer: Dear Father, life can seem perilous, but I know You are always with me. I know Your truth stands the test of time. And I know that You are my firm foundation, the One who renews me and keeps me standing through the good and the bad that life brings. Help me to trust You and be aware of Your presence today. Amen.

Lord Jesus, it is in You that I have my being and my reason for living. You are the Rock of my salvation and the sure foundation on which I stand. Look upon me, dear Lord, and have mercy upon me as I look to You to transform my life from bottom to top.

We all must remember that Jesus said that there would be suffering. That in that suffering He would be with us to bring us out stronger through Him. That that suffering would open new doors that Jesus places before us.
