Bible Verse: John 13:34-35

“‘So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.’"

Reflect and Respond:

Everyone has a challenging person in their life. Who is that person for you? How might you love them today?

Prayer:

Father, thank you for loving me when I was and still am, at times, unlovable. Please open my heart to love others in the same way. Amen.

Heavenly Father I Praise You and Thank You for Loving us First choosing us first. Please Father Bless and teach us to always lead with Your Love, to see and Love one another as You Jesus see and Love us. Though Lord we fall short of The Glory of God, I Pray Father You will Bless us to become more like You and less like me/us. Thank You Lord, in Jesus name Amen

Help me to digest this lesson Lord. Help me to love those who annoy me rather than develop a critical attitude for failure to meet my standards. Lord help me to remember You have given us a new commandment.

This is the hardest commandment , I realize that only God the Spirit can achieve this in my life. Also when I stop to remember all the hurts I’ve caused , yet I’m forgiven by our Savior,!!! It’s then I’m more able to forgive.
