Reflect and Respond: Is there any anger or bitterness hiding out and hanging on in your life? Pray that God will help you take the proper steps to heal, forgive, and move forward.
Prayer: Father, You know what is in my heart. You know what I need to be rid of anger and bitterness. I pray that You would fill me with Your grace and remind me of Your faithfulness to fill any void in my life. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Lord Jesus, I ask You to root out of me any root of bitterness which might hurt others. Show me how to love again, dear Lord, so that I may rid my heart of all anger and resentment and malice. Lord I need Your grace today. Amen.

Thank you for the advice! This is very helpful! What you are telling about anger is really true. I experienced that sometimes. But thank God I can ask: Search and examine me oh God and see if there is in me anger and clean my heart. Lord, help me to take the proper steps to heal, forgive, and move forward. Amen.
No matter what we must forgive even when the other shows no remorse. If we do not forgive how can we ask Jesus to forgive us.
