Reflect and Respond: Take inventory of your routine. Is there anything you need to change up in order to be alert to temptation?
Prayer: Father, thank you for your cautionary advice about my great enemy. Help me see places where I may have grown complacent, and lead me in ways that will protect me and help me fight any temptation that comes my way today. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

Oh, Heavenly Father, this prayer is so on target for one of my most urgent prayers. Thank you for understanding my inner groanings, and helping my thoughts stay fixed on You and Your Word. In my precious Lord and Savior Jesus’s name I pray, amen
I have a problem with becoming too uncomfortable. I have been hurt too many times in my life. Lord, help me with this!
Lord Jesus, keep me always praying and meditating on Your Word so that I may not fall away into sin. Help me to stay alert, always watchful, so that the devil will find no place in my thoughts or in my heart.
This was such a good lesson for me today. Lord, help me to keep mindful daily of my great enemy the devil. Help me to keep strong in the Lord and in his Word, the Bible, so that I’m able to resist temptation and evil all the time.
