Bible Verses: Proverbs 25:28

“A person without self-control is like a city with broken-down walls.”

Galatians 5:22-23

“But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!”

Reflect and Respond:

Where do you need self-control in your life today?

Prayer:

Father, I know that You want to guide me, protect me and strengthen me so that I have self control over destructive things in my life. I ask today that You would give me self control for ______. I praise You for Your faithfulness . Amen.

28 Whoever has no rule over his own spirit
Is like a city broken down, without walls.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

The Lord is still our Strength in our weakness on Him we can still stand for in those weakness God is at our side. Just remember to check your shame at the door because we are in The Father's house!

"God is constantly on the move. I cannot stay where I am and follow God at the same time; responding requires movement." There is nothing better than Jesus never be ashamed to show Him our weakness He still calls us His! Praise Jesus Glorify to God.
