Bible Verse: Proverbs 29:11

“Fools vent their anger, but the wise quietly hold it back."

Reflect and Respond:

What things anger you today? How can you be wise and godly in handling that anger?

Prayer:

Lord, I thank You for your wisdom about anger and I pray that You would remind me and enable me to hold back when tempted to lash out. Amen.
