Lord Jesus I confess that I usually "fly off the handle" whenever I feel insulted. Help me to remain under Your control during those times by wearing You as my body armour.

Amen! Lord, thank You for Your unfailing love, mercy and grace. Help me today to be wise, and suit up in Your armour, so that I can withstand the attacks of devil and stay calm and firmly grounded in You.
Lord give me the temperament that I may be slow to anger and not reply with a sharp tongue. Amen.
