A Heart at Peace - Spiritual Growth Encouragement Series - Arnie Cole

Bible Verses: Proverbs 14:30

“A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones.”

Reflect and Respond:

Today, what are your wants? What are your needs? Have you taken these to Jesus in prayer?

Father, help me realize Your presence and Your providing hand in my life. Please fill my heart with Your love and peace so that I can live a life of contentment and faith, regardless of what the day might bring. Amen.

Yes, yes !!
People identify more and more as victims today, demanding more because of how they have been victimized. This is another example of the “more for me” culture we live in. Jesus has done it all for us on the cross. We live to glorify God not to acquire possessions - we can’t take it with us!
There are times which people confuse their needs with their wants; It's so depressing!
This is the most needed in this present day of wanting, more, and demanding to :get it now."
Needed this.
I’m surrendering my everything to Jesus. He’ll give me,whatever is best for me. I trust Him.
Thank you for the word.
Things on earth do not last. It's important to seek God's wisdom when getting anything.
Thanks for your encouragement today Father. Please keep my eyes on that which you have ordained for me and deliver me from any inclinations towards covetousness. Rather, establish my heart in the peace that comes from righteous contentment and protect me from contrary influences that drive me to be greedy for more. I ask this in Jesus' name. Amen
What ever I need are want I make sure it's in GODS will.
The Lord is my shepherd I lack nothing
God is my provider! He supply all my needs
Amen🙏 ! Lord. You are my Shepherd and You provide for all my needs. So today I will be intentional to be content, as I rest Your unfailing love with a grateful and thankful heart!
