Acts 7: 48-50 “Yet the Most High does not dwell in houses made by hands, as the prophet says, 49“‘Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What kind of house will you build for me, says the Lord, or what is the place of my rest? 50Did not my hand make all these things” What can we give to God that he needs? Some say our love, or our hands and feet to tell others about him, or our praise to him. The Lord Jesus made all things so how can we as creators give God anything that he is lacking? The answer is we can’t. God needs nothing because he is God. If he ever needed anything he would stop being God and all that is would be not! So what is our purpose for being created, loved, forgiven and children of God? To reflect Jesus glory, to realize how great God is to us and to praise him and be amazed of all he did, is doing, and will do forever for us! A bird reflects God’s glory but doesn’t know it. We reflect Jesus glory and know it and sing and tell about it everyday! Thank you Jesus for all you have done for us!!! Amen
