Amen 🙏🏻
Heavenly Father, we come before you today with humble hearts, seeking a deeper hunger for You. Lord, we long to know you more intimately and to walk in the fullness of your purpose for our lives. We ask that you stir up within us a passion and zeal for you that cannot be quenched, and that we would hunger and thirst for righteousness as your word says in Matthew 5:6.
Lord, we know that you have plans for our lives and that you want to lead us in every way. So we pray that you would guide us by your Holy Spirit and give us the wisdom and discernment we need to follow your will. Help us to trust in your promises and to have faith that you are working all things together for our good as your word says in Romans 8:28.
Father, we also lift up the people in the world who are going through difficult times. We pray that you would bless them, protect them, and provide for them according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus as your word says in Philippians 4:19. We ask that you would comfort those who are hurting and give them the strength to endure their trials.
Lord, we pray that you would give us a heart of compassion for those who are suffering, and that we will be your hands and feet to those in need. Help us to love our neighbours as ourselves and to share the hope and peace that only comes through knowing you.
We ask all of these things in the powerful name of Jesus, who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us as your word says in Ephesians 3:20. Amen.
