Chapter 3 - Sixty Seconds After You Die
"So what will you be doing sixty seconds after you die? You're not floating on a cloud or lost in some sort of spiritual amnesia. You are highly engaged in the battle for the Kingdom. 1. What is the basis by which we believe in the Resurrection of Jesus? What is the basis by which we believe there will be a literal, physical, bodily resurrection of the dead in the future?
2. Why does Jesus tell the story of the rich man and Lazarus in Luke 16? How is knowing there is a life after death meant to affect your life today?
3. What do you believe it means to live a heavenly value system on earth today?
4. How does it affect you to know that believers who died before you are now interceding and cheering for you in your leg of the relay race?
