Welcome to a weekly journey to combat our fear and embrace faith in God.

We are all facing trials of various kinds. Whether its turbulence in your retirement account, a scary health diagnosis, the spread of viruses, job loss, or some other scary situation, God knows we will have to choose fear or faith. God wants us to embrace faith and reject fear. But how? Subscribe below and we'll show you over the next 30 days.

Day 7 - Who do you go to? - Fear vs. Faith

Text in Context:
 Read Psalm 34.

Reflect: Psalm 34 has two halves. What would you call part 1? Part 2? What does David mean by “taste and see that the Lord is good”? What promises do you see in this Psalm?

Respond: How does your life taste right now? How would it taste if you found your satisfaction with God? What fears do you need God to relieve you from?

Prayer: Father, I want to taste and experience your goodness. Help me to do so today. Amid all my fears, remove them from me, and bring me your peace. Amen.

I struggle with patience. I want things in my time, but God has yet to disappoint me in his perfect timing!

Reading God's word daily has given me peace; if I miss a day, i don't feel that same peace.
