Prayers of comfort for the bereaved.. many are experiencing great grief
less time watching tv and trying to get a break from work to read and pray,
I could spend less time watching TV and spending time on Facebook and spend more time in the Bible.

Yep. I think this goes for most people today! I pray we will commit to pursuing spiritual fitness by saying "no" to the good and saying "yes" to the great!
Here it is 10:49 p.m., and I'm just now going thru my Bible study. My priorities are all screwed up.

Well, maybe, but maybe now is when you need it most. I study God's Word at varying times throughout my day. I'm not convinced there is a perfect time. Granted, having a healthy breakfast starts your day off right. And so does a healthy meal of God's Word. But should we miss it and instead have a fulfilling lunch, dinner, or bedtime snack ;) we are still engaging in God's Word. The next step is to respond to it!
Same here! you are not alone - it's ok, and some days might feel as set backs but we just push through!
Lord God, You alone are worthy of being worshiped. Please help me take my eyes off the created and place them on You as Creator. You are worthy to be worshiped and adored, for You are righteous and holy.
