Hey Chaz! My apologies! I thought I responded last week...
You are correct. Verse 5 regards the observance of certain days as special. As one commentator put it, "Paul now explains further the reason why he advocated tolerance on the observance or nonobservance of the Mosaic law in 14:5. As long as each group uses their approach to the Mosaic law to express their trust in the Lord, and does so with full conviction and no misgivings then each group should feel free to continue the pattern of life they have adopted."

Lord Jesus, You are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, and there is no God beside You in heaven above or in earth beneath. And so I worship You as Lord and Saviour. Amen.
Amen Lord Jesus because you are Lord any day as well as the sabbath can be a healing day. Amen
